1.افشين بايماني:

آقاي بايماني باتهام كمك به برادر خويش آقاي مهدي بايماني كه از هواداران سازمان مجاهدين بوده دستگيرشد. وي ابتدا به اعدام و سپس به حبس ابد محكوم شد.آقاي بايماني در حال حاضر در زندان گوهردشت كرج زنداني ميباشد.ايشان متأهل و داراي دو فرزند خردسال ميباشد.خانواده وي در حال حاضر در وضعيت مالي بسيار بدي بسر ميبرد و از پشتوانه اقتصادي برخوردار نيست.آقاي بايماني از جمله زندانيان اعتصابي است كه به نقض حقوق بشر در زندانهاي جمهوري اسلامي دست به اعتصاب غذا زده است.

2.اكبر سنجابي:

وي از فعالان سياسي و هوادار سازمان مجاهدين است كه در سال 1378 باتهام همكاري با مجاهدين در كرمانشاه دستگير شده و در زندان مخوغ ديزل آباد كرمانشاه در اسارت بسر ميبرد.آقاي سنجابي بدليل بيماريهاي واگيردار در زندان، دچار آسيب هاي بينايي قرار گرفته و از ناحيه يك چشم نابينا ميباشد.وي از تاريخ2ديماه  در اعتراض به نقض حقوق بشر درزندانهاي جمهوري اسلامي دست به اعتصاب غذا زده است.

3.امير حسين ساران:

آقاي امير حسين ساران از فعالان سياسي و دبير جبهه اتحاد ملي ميباشد كه بدليل فعاليت هاي خويش عليه نظام جمهوري اسلامي مستمر دستگير و زنداني بوده است.ايشان از بهمن سال 1383 مجددا دستگير شده و تاكنون در شرايط سخت و تحت فشارهاي روحي و رواني در زندان گوهردشت كرج بسر ميبرد.آقاي ساران از جمله افرادي است كه از تاريخ 27آذرماه در اعتراض به وضعيت نقض حقوق بشر در زندانهاي جمهوري اسلامي در اعتصاب غذا بسر ميبرد.

4.ارژنگ داوودي:

آقاي داوودي از فعالان جنبش آزادي است كه باتهام اقدام عليه امنيت ملي دستگير شده و در حال حاضر به زندان بندرعباس تبعيد شده است.ايشان در شرايط سخت زندان  بندرعباس ميباشد و تاكنون چندين نامه براي افكار عمومي و بين المللي جهت رسيدگي به وضعيت خويش صادر كرده است.

5.بهروز جاويد تهراني:

آقاي جاويد تهراني از فعالان سياسي و دانشجويي است كه از سال 1378 با شروع جنبش دانشجويي دستگير شد.وي ابتدا 4سال را در زندانهاي مخوف اوين و گوهردشت سپري كرد و پس از آزادي نيز ظرف يكسال 3بار ديگر دستگير شد.آخرين دستگيري وي مربوط به ارديبهشت سال 1384 است كه باتهام فعاليت عليه رياست جمهوري احمدي نژاد ،مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفته و دستگير شد.وي در دوران بازداشت مستمرا زير شكنجه هاي وحشيانه بازجويان قرار داشت بطوري كه از ناحيه سر دچار آسيب شده و بميزان زيادي بينايي اش دچار مشكل گرديده است..آقاي تهراني از تاريخ 24آبانماه بمدت 7 هفته در اعتصاب غذاي زندانيان گوهردشت شركت داشتند كه نهايتا بدليل عارضه ناشي از اعتصاب و شوك مغزي وارده مجبور به شكستن اعتصاب شد.ايشان در حال حاضر در بند 4 زندان گوهردشت زنداني است.

6.جعفر اقدامي:

آقاي اقدامي از هواداران سازمان مجاهدين خلق ميباشد كه باتهام همكاري با اين سازمان دستگير وابتدا به اعدام و سپس به زندان ابد محكوم شد.وي در حال حاضر در زندان گوهردشت كرج زنداني است.آقاي اقدامي از بيماري شديد گوارشي و ضعف عمومي رنج ميبرد ولي تاكنون مسئولين زندانها براي رسيدگي به بيماري او اقدام جدي انجام نداده اند.وي در حال حاضر عليرغم بيماري و ضعف جسماني جزو زندانياني است كه در اعتراض به نقض حقوق بشر در زندانهاي جمهوري اسلامي دست به اعتصاب غذا زده اند.

7.حسين قاضيان:

آقاي قاضيان از دستگير شدگان پرونده سنجش افكار ميباشد.وي از زمان دستگيري تاكنون حكمي دريافت نكرده است و بازجويان مستمر وي را تحت فشار اعتراف گيري اخلاقي قرار داده اند تا بدينوسيله شخصيت وي را كه كارمند باسابقه ميباشد خراب كنند.آقاي قاضيان در حال حاضر در زندان اوين زنداني ميباشد.

8.حاج خليل الله شالچي:

آقاي شالچي 65ساله و پدر 6فرزند و از بازاريان شريف ايران است.وي از سال 1379 به اتهام كمك به فعالان سياسي و هواداران مجاهدين دستگير شد.ايشان را بمدت دو سال به زندان يزد كه بلحاظ شرايط آب و هوايي و امكانات در وضعيت بسيار بدي است تبعيد كردند.آقاي شالچي داراي بيماري شديد از ناحيه پا ميباشد كه بنا به تشخيص پزشكان در صورت عدم رسيدگي منجر به قطع پاي وي خواهد شد.در حال حاضر آقاي شالچي در زندان اوين ميباشد و تحت فشارهاي روحي و رواني براي گرفتن اعتراف تلويزيوني قرار دارد.

9.حميد پورمند:

آقاي پورمند از هموطنان ارمني و كشيش مسيحي ميباشد كه تنها بجرم تغيير مذهب و مرام در زندانهاي جمهوري اسلامي بسر ميبرد.ايشان بهمراه 11كشيش ديگر يكسال قبل دستگير شده و مدتهاي زيادي در سلولهاي انفرادي بسر بردند.آقاي پورمند در حال حاضر در زندان اوين ميباشد.وي متأهل وداراي دو فرزند است.

10.حيدر نوري:

آقاي نوري از كشاورزان و هواداران سازمان مجاهدين در ايلام ميباشد كه باتهام هواداري و همكاري با اين سازمان در سال 1380 دستگير و ابتدا به اعدام و سپس به زندان ابد محكوم شد.آقاي نوري در حال حاضر در زندان سمنان و در شرايط خطرناكي در كنار زندانيان عادي و بيمار بسر ميبرد.ايشان پس از مصاحبه با هفته نامه شهروند از طرف مسئولين زندان مورد تهديد قرار گرفت و به زندان سمنان تبعيد شد.آقاي نوري در حال حاضر جزو زندانيان اعتصابي است كه در اعتراض به وضعيت نقض حقوق بشر در زندانهاي جمهوري اسلامي دست به اعتصاب غذا زده اند.

11.خالد حرداني:

آقاي حرداني از هموطنان خوزستاني است كه باتهام هواپيما ربايي دستگير شده است و بهمراه دو تن ديگر از اقوام خويش بنامهاي فرهنگ و شهرام پورمنصوري به اعدام محكوم شده است.آنها در حال حاضر در زندان اوين بسر ميبرند و تاكنون چندين بار از طرف مسئولين زندان تهديد به اجراي حكم شده اند.

12.سعيد شاه قلعه:

آقاي سعيد شاه قلعه از هوادار سازمان مجاهدين خلق ميباشد كه باتهام همكاري با اين سازمان در سال 1379 دستگير و به اعدام محكوم شده است.آقاي شاه قلعه در حال حاضر در زندان اوين بسر ميبرد.

13.سعيد ماسوري:

آقاي ماسوري دانشجوي پزشكي و از فعالان سياسي و دانشجويي ميباشد كه بجرم هواداراي از سازمان مجاهدين دستگير و به اعدام محكوم شده است.آقاي ماسوري در سال 1379 دستگير شد.وي تحصيلات خود را در كشورهاي روماني و سوئد به پايان برده است.آقاي ماسوري از سال 1383 در بند قرنطينه و انفرادي 209 اوين بسر ميبرد و حق هيچگونه تماس و صحبتي با زندانيان ديگر را  ندارد.

14.عبدالرضا رجبي:

وي از فعالان كارگري و هوادار سازمان مجاهدين است كه در سال 1380 باتهام همكاري با مجاهدين در كرمانشاه دستگير شده و در زندان ديزل آباد كرمانشاه زنداني شده است.آقاي رجبي درحال حاضر در زندان كرمانشاه در كنار زندانيان عادي و بيمار نگهداري ميشود..وي از تاريخ 2ديماه در زندان ديزل آباد در اعتراض به نقض حقوق بشر درزندانهاي جمهوري اسلامي در اعتصاب غذا ميباشد.ساير زندانيان اعتصابي زندان ديزل آباد كه همراه با آقاي رجبي دست به اعتصاب غذا زده اند عبارتند از:آقايان محمد مرادي-پيمان خنجري و محمد ويسي.

15.عليرضا كرمي خيرآبادي:

آقاي كرمي خيرآبادي از زندانيان سياسي در زندان گوهردشت كرج ميباشد كه باتهام هواداري از سازمان مجاهدين دستگير شده است.آقاي كرمي خيرآبادي عليرغم كهولت سن بارها تحت فشار و تهديد براي مسموم شدن از طرف مسئولين زندان قرار گرفته است.لازم بذكر است كه فرزند آقاي كرمي خيرآبادي (اميد كرمي خيرآبادي)در سال 1382 بطرز مشكوكي در تركيه بقتل رسيد.

16.عباس امير انتظام:

آقاي انتظام وزير خارجه دولت وقت آقاي مهندس مهدي بازرگان بود كه باتهام جاسوسي دستگير و بمدت 26سال را در زندانهاي جمهوري اسلامي گذرانده است.آقاي امير انتظام بدليل مواضع منتقدانه اش حاضر به طلب عفو نشده و عليرغم كهولت سن و عارضه هاي ناشي از حبس طولاني همچنان در زندان بسر ميبرد.

17.عباس دلدار

آقاي دلدار از فعالان دانشجويي است كه در تظاهرات جنبش دانشجويي در سال 1378 دستگير شد.ايشان به 15سال زندان محكوم گرديده است.اتهام آقاي دلدار اقدام عليه امنيت ملي عنوان شده است.عباس دلدار هم اكنون  در زندان اوين زنداني است.

18.غلامحسين كلبي:

آقاي غلامحسين كلبي از هواداران سازمان مجاهدين خلق ميباشد كه در سال 1379 باتهام همكاري با سازمان مجاهدين دستگير و به اعدام محكوم شده است.آقاي كلبي در حال حاضر در زندان اوين بسر ميبرد و مسئولين زندان از مرداد سال 1384 مجددا وي را تهديد به اجراي حكم اعدام كرده اند.

19.مهرداد لهراسبي:

آقاي لهراسبي از فعالان دانشجويي است كه باتهام شركت در تجمعات دانشجويي در 18تير سال 1378دستگير و ابتدا به اعدام و بعد به 15سال زندان محكوم شده است.وي در حال حاضر در زندان گوهردشت كرج ميباشد و عليرغم بيماري حاد از ناحيه پا و زانو وي مورد هيچگونه رسيدگي پزشكي قرار نگرفته است.نظام جمهوري اسلامي و دستگاه قضائيه ايران براي رسيدگي هاي پزشكي ايشان مبلغ  50ميليون تومان وثيقه تعيين كرده تا خانواده اش اقدامات پزشكي را دنبال نمايند.

20.محمد ابراهيمي:

آقاي ابراهيمي از زندانيان سياسي وابسته به سازمان علم حق و عدالت ميباشد كه از سال 1379 بجرم عقيده و مرام در زندانهاي جمهوري اسلامي سپري ميكند.وي در اثر فشارهاي روحي و جسمي تاكنون 4بار دچار انفاكتوس قلبي شده ولي هيچگونه مورد رسيدگي پزشكي در زندان گوهردشت كرج قرار نگرفته است.

21.ناصر زرافشان:

آقاي زرافشان از وكلاي فعال پرونده هاي قتل هاي زنجيره ايي ميباشد.ايشان از سال 1378 در زندانهاي نظام جمهوري اسلامي و تحت فشارهاي روحي و رواني قرار دارد.آقاي زرافشان از بيماري حاد كليوي و كهولت سن رنج ميبرد.

22.هاشم شاهي نيا:

آقاي شاهي نياز از فعالان سياسي و از كسبه شريف ايران ميباشد كه بجرم دفاع از عقيده و آرمان خود تاكنون 4سال را در زندان سپري كرده است.وي در سال 1382 با وثيقه سنگين و مشروط به پرداخت پول ماهانه به سازمان زندانها آزاد شد.آقاي شاهي نيا از تير ماه 1384مجددا در يورش نيروهاي امنيتي به خانه اش دستگير و به زندان منتقل شد.ايشان از زمان دستگيري تاكنون در بلاتكليفي بسر ميبرد و در بند مخوف اطلاعات اوين(209) زنداني است.

23.ياسر مجيدي:

آقاي مجيدي از فعالان سياسي 24سال سن دارد.وي باتهام  هواداراي از سازمان مجاهدين دستگير شد ابتدا به اعدام و سپس به حبس ابد محكوم گرديد .ايشان پس از مصاحبه با هفته نامه شهروند از زندان گوهردشت كرج مورد خشم مسئولين زندان قرار گرفته و به زندان بيرجند ،تحت شرايط سخت تبعيد گرديد.منبع:سايت فرياد-ديماه84

Afshin Baymani.

Mr. Baymani was accused and arrested for helping his brother Mehdi Baymani who is a supporter of the mojahedeen organization. He was first convicted and given a death sentence which was later changed to a life sentence. Mr. Baymani is a prisoner in Gohardasht (Karaj) prison at the moment. He is married and has two infant children. His family is suffering from extreme financial problems and is not financially supported.mr baymani is also one of the strikes and is on hunger strike at the moment to protest against anti human rights in prison.

Akbar Sanjabi

he is a mojahedeen supporter that was arrested in the year 1999 and taken to makhef dizzel abad prison in the city of kermanshah because of working with the mojahedeen and has been their since. Because of epidemic diseases Mr. Sanjabi was stricken with sight problems and has became blind in one eye. From 23/12/05 he has gone on hunger strike to protest against anti human right laws in the Iranian regimes prisons.

Amir Hossain Saran.

Mr Amir Hossain Saran is an active politician and the secretary of the national solidarity league. He has been arrested and sent to prison many times because of his activities against the Islamic regime. He was arrested again in January 2004 and has been under severe mental pressure in Gohardasht prison ever since. Mr. Saran is also one of the prisoners that has gone on hunger strike from the 18/12/05 to protest against anti human rights in the Islamic republic prisons.

Arjhang Davoodi

Mr. Davoodi is one of the activists in the freedom league. He was accused for taking action against national security and has been exiled in Bandar Abbass prison. He is under pressure in Bandar Abbass prison and has written many letters for national and internation comities to see to his bad state.

Behrooz Javeed Tehrani.

Mr. Javeed Tehrani is a politic and student activist. He was arrested in 1999, when the student league first began. He spent 4 years in Gohardasht and Evins terror prisons. After being freed he was arrested 3 times in one year. The last time was in april 2005 were he was accused of acting against Ahmadi Nejads presidency; were he was beaten, and then arrested. Whilst in deterrence he was put under severe continuum torture in such a way that he was injured around his head and severely damaged his sight. Mr. Tehrani is one of the prisoners that had gone on hunger strike from the 15/9/2005. After 7 weeks of being on hunger strike he got a brain shock and was forced to break his strike. He is in line 4 of Gohardasht prison at the moment.

Jafar Eghdami

Mr Eghdami is a supporterof the people's mojahedeen organization. He was arrested on this behalf and at first sentenced to death and then life imprisonment. He is a prisoner in Gohardasht prison at the moment.mr Eghdami has severe digestive problems and has a weak body, but until now the prison representatives have not taken any serious action to help him. With all these problems he is also one of the prisoners that has gone on hunger strike to protest against anti human rights in the Islamic regimes prisons.

Hojat Zamani

Mr. zamani is a political activist and has been imprisoned since 1380 for supporting the mojahedeen. He is a part of those people that have been sentenced to death, but his own sentence is 4 deaths. From the September 2005 he has been put in an individual section under severe mental and physical pressure and is not allowed to phone or contact his family. The prison guards have threatened him by using other normal prisoners that are real criminals. Mr. Zamani is in danger for other prisoners may want to kill him.

Hossain Ghazian

 Mr. Ghazian was one of the arrested from the thoughts evaluation file. Since he's been arrested he hasn't been convicted. The prison guards have put him under hard pressure to confess to sexual misconduct, to therefore break down his character as he he's known as an old worker. Mr. Ghazian is under custody in Evin prison at the moment.

Huj Khalil Alah Shalchi

Mr. Shalchi is 65 years old, has 6 children and is a great Iranian merchant.he was charged and arrested for helping political and mojahedeen supporters in 2000. He was sent to Yazd prison for two years were the climate and facilities are very poor. Mr. Shalchi has extremely bad foot illnesses and the doctors have said that if he does not get assistance; his foot will have to get amputated. At this time Mr. Shalchi has been put under severe mental pressure to accept to go and confess on television.

Hamid Poormand

Mr Poormand is an Armenian and a Christian priest. He was convicted only because he changed his religion and intentions and is now in the Islamic regimes prisons. He was arrested alongside with 11 other priests a year ago and spent a lot of time in individual cells. Mr. Poormand is in Evin prison at the moment. He is married and has two children.

Haydar Noory

Mr Noory is a farmer and a supporter of the mojahedeen organization in Ilam. He was arrested in 2001 for suppoting this organization and was sentenced to death and then changed to life imprisonment. Mr Noory is in a dangeorous position at the moment, in Semnan prison alongside with the normal prisoners with many diseases. After speaking to the weekly paper called citizen (shahrvand) he was threatened by the prison guards and was sent to Semnan prison. Mr. Noory is one of the prisoners that has gone on hunger strike to protest against anti human rights in the Islamic republic prisons.

Khaled Hardai

Mr. Hardani is a resident from the Khusistan province. He was sentenced to death with two of his relatives for hijacking a plane. They are in Evin prison at the moment and have been threatened many times by the prison guards that they will perform their sentences.

Saeed Shah Ghaleh

   Mr. Saeed Shah Ghaleh is a supporter of the mojahedeen organization and has been charged for working with the organization and sentenced to death. He is in Evin prison at the moment.

Saeed Masoori

Mr masoori is a medical student and an active political student. He was charged and sentenced to death for being a supporter of the mojahedeen organization. He was arrested in 2000. He finished his studies in Romania and Sweden. Mr. Masoori has been put in an individual section in line 209 in Evin prison and is not allowed to make contact with any of the other prisoners.

Abdulreza Rajabi

He is an active laborer and a supporter of the mojahedeen organization. He was arrested in 2001 for suppoting the mojahedeen and was taken to Dizel Abad prison in Kermanshah. Mr. Rajabi is in Kermanshah prison at the moment and is being kept along with normal and sick prisoners. He has gone on hunger strike in Dizel Abad prison since the 23/12/05 to protest against anti human rights laws in the Islamic regimes prisons. Other prisoners that have gone on hunger strike along side with mr. Rajabi are: Mohammad mardani, Payman Khanjari and Mohammad Visi..

Alireza Karami Khairabadi

   Mr. Karami Khairabadi is a prisoner in Gohardasht prison. He was charged and arrested for being a supporter of the mojahedeen organization. Although Mr. Karami Khairabadi is old he has been threatened to be poisoned and put under pressure many times by the prison guards. It needs to be said that Mr. Karami Khairabadi's son (Omid Karami Khairabadi) was killed in a very suspicious way in Turkey in 2003.

Abass Amir Entezam

Mr Entezam was the foreign minister in Mr. Mehdi Bazargans time and was accused of treason. He has spent 26 years in the Islamic regimes prisons. He is still being kept in prison because of his criticizing beliefs and not agreeing to ask for sorrow. Although he is very old and has gained many problems because of the amount of time he's spent there. He is still being kept there.  

Abbas Deldar

Mr. Deldar is an active student that was arrested at the student protest in 1999. He has been sentenced to 15 years imprisonment. He was accused of acting against national security. Abbas Deldar is in Evin prison at the moment.

Gholam-Hossain Kalbi

Mr. Gholam-Hossain Kalbi is a supporter of the mojahedeen, he was accused of working with the mojahedeen in the year 2000 and was sentenced to death. Mr Kalbi is in Evin prison at the moment. The prison governors threatened him again in late 2005 to perform his sentence.

Mehrdad Lohrasebi.

Mr. Lohrasebi is an active student who was convicted for taking part in the 9^th July demonstration. He was first sentenced to death, but it was changed to 15 years imprisonment. He is in Gohardasht prison at the moment. Although he has severe foot and Knee injuries, know one has seen to them and he hasn’t been given any medical aid. The Islamic regimes court said to the family it wants 50 million tomans for assurance before he gets medical aid.

Mohammad Ibrahimi

Mr Ibrahimi is a political prisoners connected to the knowledge of law and justice organization. He was arrested and convicted in 2000 for his beliefs. He has had 4 ------- hearts until now but has not been given any medical care in Karaj's Gohardasht prison.

Nasser Zarafshan

Mr. Zarafshan was an active lawyer in the chained killings. He has been under mental and physical pressure in the Islamic regimes prisons since 1999. Mr. Zarafshan is very old and has a severe kidney problem.

Hashem Shahi-nia

Mr. Shahi-nia is an active politician and a worthy Iranian business man. He has spent 4 years in prison because of his beliefs and goal. In 2003 he gave a monthly assurance to the prison organization to be freed. Mr. Shahi-nia was again arrested and sent to prison after security guards raved his home. Since then he has been unhandled and kept in line 209 at Evin prison.

Yasser Majidi

Mr. Majidi is a political activist with 24 years of age. He was convicted for being a supporter of the mojahedeen and sentenced to death which was changed to life imprisonment. After he interviewed the weekly paper called Shahrvand, he was treated aggressively by the prison guards in Karaj's Gohardasht prison. After that he was moved to Birjand prison with much harder terms.
