احضار ، سركوب و اعتراضات فعالان سياسي در هفته پاياني فروردين ماه سال85

گزارش پاياني فروردين ماه را در حالي به اتمام ميرسانيم كه نظام جمهوري اسلامي براي فرار از بن بست اجتماعي و اقتصادي و عدم پاسخگويي به اوليه ترين خواسته هاي مردم، روز 26فروردين  را “جشن كيك زرد“ اعلام كرده و از پيوستن به كشورهاي داراي انرژي هسته ايي!!! اظهار فخر و غرور ملي!! نموده است!!!بايد به احمدي نژاد، رئيس دولت  ولي فقيه عوامفريب ،گفت كه در سفرهاي استاني خاصه خرجي هاي خود بجاي تبليغات عدالت پروري  سري به روستاهاي خرم آباد و زاغه ها و حاشيه نشين هاي شهر تهران بزنيد تا از خواب خامي كه براي گسترش جهان اسلام!!!آنهم بزور ترور و تهديد با بمب هسته ايي ديده ايد بيدار شويد و بدانيد كه مردم ايران هرگز بجاي صلح و دمكراسي، دنبال جنگ و جنگ افروزي نبوده و نيست.تجربه تلخ 8سال جنگ خانمان سوز با يك ميليون كشته براي ملت ايران كافي است.

دانشجويان و روشنفكران عزيز!

توجه شما را به گزارش احضار و سركوب فعالان سياسي و دانشجويي و اعتراضات در نيمه دوم فروردين ماه جلب ميكنيم:

1.زندانيان سياسي:

-بنابر اخبار منتشره از سوي فعالان حقوق بشر در ايران, زنداني سياسي  آقاي ولي الله فيض مهدوي که به جرم هواداري از سازمان مجاهدين خلق ايران از سال 1380 در زندان بسر ميبرد و توسط حاکميت به اعدام محکوم شده وحکم اعدام خويش را نيز دريافت نموده است ,به علت بي توجهي مسئولان و در شرايط بد محيطي و غير انساني زندان گوهردشت, به ناراحتي شديد پوستي و از کارافتادگي کليه مبتلا شده است .

-چهار سازمان حقوق بشري(” كميته عربي حقوق بشر” ،  ” كميته بين المللي براي لغو مجازات اعدام”،” سازمان عدالت جهاني” و انجمن مبارزه با خشونت در تبعيد)با انتشار يك بيانية مشترك خواستار توقف اعدامهاي سياسي در ايران و نجات جان زنداني مجاهد ، ولي الله فيض مهدوي شدند.

- سازمان «به قابيل دست نزنيد» با صدور اطلاعيه ايي نسبت به ابلاغ حكم اعدام آقاي “ولي‌الله فيض مهدوي “ اعتراض كرده وازدولت ايتاليا و از اتحاديه اروپا خواستار مداخله براي جلوگيري ازاجراي حكم اعدام آقاي مهدوي و احترام به حقوق‌بشر در ايران شده است.

-کانون وبلاگ نويسان ايران(پن‌لاگ) حکم وحشيانه اعدام زنداني سياسي ”ولي الله فيض مهدوي” را محکوم مي‌کند و خواهان فشار بين‌المللي بر دولت ايران براي  لغو احکام اعدام در ايران و آزادي همه زندانيان سياسي مي‌باشد.

-سازمان جوانان حزب پيشرو نروژ، با ارسال نامه ايي به وزير خارجه اين كشور خواستار دخالت اين كشور براي نجات جان زنداني سياسي، آقاي “ولي الله فيض مهدوي“ شدند.

-تعدادي از زندانيان سياسي در اوين و زندان گوهردشت كرج با صدور اطلاعيه ايي ابراز نگراني خود را از وضعيت زنداني سياسي ولي الله فيض مهدوي و ابلاغ حكم اعدام وي از سوي قوه قضائيه جمهوري اسلامي اعلام داشتند.

-براساس آخرين خبر منتشره آقاي ”منصور اسانلو” عضو هئيت مديره سنديكاي شركت واحد اتوبوسراني تهران, پس از چهارماه از سلول انفرادي به محل نامعلومي در زندان اوين منتقل شده است.بستگان آقاي اسانلو, روحيه ايشان را بسيار مطلوب ذكر كردند.

-آقاي ”مهرداد لهراسبي“، زنداني سياسي و از دانشجويان دستگير شده حوادث كوي دانشگاه تهران, پس  از شش سال حبس در زندانهاي مختلف,از بيماريهاي سخت و مزمن رنج ميبرد.لازم بذكر است آقاي لهراسبي محكوم به 15سال زندان بوده و مقامات قوه قضائيه براي رسيدگي به وضعيت بيماري و مرخصي استعلاجي وي 200ميليون تومان وثيقه صادر كرده اند كه خانواده ايشان استطاعت پرداخت اين ميزان هزينه را ندارد.

-بنابر خبر منتشره از سوي فعالان حقوق بشري،آقاي“ عبدالرضا رجبي“ از زندانيان سياسي در بند350اوين كه چند ماه قبل از زندان ديزل آباد كرمانشاه به اوين منتقل شده ،همچنان ممنوع الملاقات ميباشد.

-براساس اخبار رسيده  از زندان اوين آقاي ”حميد رضا محمدي” از زندانيان سياسي بند 350 اوين،قريب دوسال پس از دستگيري همچنان در بلاتكليفي بسر ميبرد و قوه قضائيه شرط آزادي اين زنداني را همكاري با مقامات جمهوري اسلامي و پرداخت صدوپنجاه ميليون تومان وثيقه عنوان كرده است.

-بنابر اخبار دريافتي پرونده خانم “الهام افروتن“ و آقاي “محسن درستكار“ به دادگاه انقلاب تهران ارجاع شده است.اين دو متهم پرونده هفته نامه تمدن هرمزگان قرار است روز سه شنبه 19 ارديبهشت ماه امسال به اتهام توهين به خميني و اقدام عليه امنيت محاكمه شوند.

- اسامي 11 تن از زندانيان سياسي در آذربايجان توسط كميته دفاع از حقوق زندانيان سياسي آذربايجان كه  در زندانهاي تبريز، اهر و اردبيل به سر مي برند، منتشر شد.اين زندانيان عبارتند ازآقايان: 1-  عبدالعزيز عظيمي قديم(زندان تبريز) 2-    هدايت ذاکر (زندان تبريز) 3-    علي هاراي(زندان تبريز) 4-    محمد حسيني (اوختاي حوسئينلي)(زندان تبريز) 5- محمد فرشي(زندان تبريز) 6-    حسن احساني (زندان تبريز) 7-    محرم خوشنام (زندان تبريز) 8-    ياشار مقام اسلامي (زندان تبريز) 9-    دکتر محرم کامراني(زندان اهر) 10-  ابراهيم رشيدي (زندان اهر) 11-  بهروز عليزاده (زندان اردبيل).اتهامات بازداشت شدگان شركت در تجمعات اسفندماه در قم ، تبريز ، مشكين شهر و اهر ميباشد.

-بنابر اخبار رسيده از زندان اوين، سيستم امنيتي آخوندها به خصوص وزارت اطلاعات, طي هفته هاي اخير اقدام به دستگيري عده اي از زندانيان سياسي قديمي نموده است .علت اين دستگيري ها نامشخص بوده و از وضعيت کنوني اين زندانيان خبر دقيقي در دست نيست .دستگير شده ها کمابيش از جريانات چپ و سازمان مجاهدين خلق ايران محسوب ميشوند.محل نگهداري اين اشخاص, بند 209 وزارت اطلاعات مستقردر زندان اوين گزارش شده است .

2. سركوب  و احضار دانشجويي:

-جلسه رسيدگي به اتهامات آقاي “فرزاد حميدي“,از دانشجويان عضو جبهه دموكراتيك تجديد شد. اتهام آقاي حميدي اقدام عليه امنيت ملي و شركت در تجمع غير قانوني خانواده‌‏هاي زندانيان سياسي مقابل دفتر سازمان ملل در تهران عنوان شده است .

-آقاي “پيمان عارف“، دانشجوي دانشگاه تهران از سوي دادگاه انقلاب تهران به 18 ماه حبس تعزيري محكوم شد. اتهامات  آقاي عارف خود اقدام عليه امنيت ملي از طريق شركت در تجمع‌‏هاي باصطلاح غيرقانوني در حمايت از هاشم آقاجري، درگيري‌‏هاي كوي دانشگاه، ايراد سخنراني تحريك‌‏آميز، اخلال در نظم عمومي كشور و تمرد از دستور پليس عنوان شده است.

-  به گزارش روابط عمومي مجمع دانشگاهيان آذربايجاني، آقاي“مصطفي عوض پور”, يکي از فعالين حرکت ملي آذربايجان به همراه دو برادرش توسط نيروهاي امنيتي دستگير شده اند. مامورين امر بدون اطلاع قبلي و هنگام خواب وارد خانه شده و موجب ترس و وحشت اهالي خانه شده اند.

-آقاي “مهدي اميني زاده“,عضو شوراي مرکزي سازمان ادوار تحکيم وحدت و عضو سابق شوراي مرکزي دفتر تحکيم وحدت ,محكوم به 2سال حبس تعزيري شد.مطابق اين حكم آقايان مهدي اميني زاده (عضو شوراي مركزي سازمان دانش آموختگان ايران اسلامي) و محمد رضايي به اتهام تشكيل جمعيت غيرقانوني و اقدام عليه امنيت ملي به 2 سال حبس تعزيري و آقايان علي اصغر صادقي و ميكاييل عظيمي نيز به همين اتهامات به 15 ماه حبس تعزيري محكوم شده اند .

-بيش از 23 دانشجوى دانشگاه صنعتى شريف, به دليل وقايع روز 22 اسفند اين دانشگاه به كميته انضباطى احضار شده اند.در ميان احضار شدگان تعدادى از اعضاى شوراى عمومى و شوراى مركزى و همچنين دانشجويان عادى دانشگاه حضور دارند.اتهام اين دانشجويان اعتراض به كشته هاي جنگ در صحن دانشگاه عنوان شده است.

- انجمن اسلامي دانشجويان دانشگاه سيستان و بلوچستان ,با صدور بيانيه ايي پيرامون ناامني هاي اخير استان در ماه هاي اخير هشدار دادند كه بروز حوادثي همانند جاده زابل و زاهدان، جاي تعمق و تأمل دارد در حالي كه حاكميت صحنه نمايش را ميخواهد براي پيشبرد منافع مادي و سياسي و اختلافات قومي و مذهبي متجلي كند.

-به دنبال برگزاري مراسم شب شعر به زبان ترکي توسط انجمن ادبي سهند در دانشگاه آزاد مراغه ،فعاليتهاي اين انجمن ،پس از تحت فشار قرار گرفتن توسط نهادهاي امنيتي خارج از دانشگاه، متوقف شد .

-سه فعال دانشجويي دانشگاه علم و صنعت به كميته انضباطي اين دانشگاه احضار شدند.آقايان “مهدي پور رحيم“سردبير نشريه سبزانديشان و “كمال رضوي“ (مديرمسوول سابق اين نشريه) به كميته‌ انضباطي احضار و همچنين “مهاب محبوبي“، صاحب امتياز نشريه‌ دانشجويي دو نقطه به اتهام توهين به مقدسات و مسوولان به درج در پرونده محكوم شد.

-بنابر حكم مجدد توسط دادگاه استان يزد،برخى از فعالان دانشجويى دانشگاه يزد محاكمه خواهند شد.اتهامات اين دانشجويان تحريم انتخابات و تحصن‌هاى دانشجويى و اهانت به مقامات مسئول دانشگاه عنوان شده است.

-بنا به گزارش رسيده، وزارت اطلاعات جمهوری اسلامی از چهار ماه پيش بنا به دستور قضائی دادستان عمومی و انقلاب ليستی از سازمانهای سياسی و دانشجويی و همچنين وب سايتهای دانشجويی و خبری که در داخل ايران فعال هستند را تهيه کرده است که از اين ليست بنام“ ليست سياه“ نامبرده می شود. براساس اين گزارش:"سازمانها و وب سايتهای خبری که اسامی آنها در اين ليست سياه وجود دارد متهم به دريافت پول از امريکا و آلمان" ميباشند.

3.اعتراضات:                                         

-دانشجويان دانشگاه فرودسي مشهد، در اعتراض به وضعيت كميته انضباطي،نحوه برگزاري انتخابات انجمن اسلامي، نداشتن فضاي مناسب آموزشي و هيئت علمي در رشته معماري ، اعتراض به فشارهاي امنيتي و قضايي به فعالين دانشجويي ، پليسي شدن فضاي دانشگاه و نگاه جنسيتي مسئولين به دانشجويان ، مسائل و مشکلات صنفي از جمله تغذيه دانشجويان و نبود فضاي ورزشي،جلسه سخنراني وزير علوم  احمدي نژاد،در دانشگاه فردوسي مشهد را به تريبون آزاد تبديل كردند و با پلاكاردهايي نظير " آپارتايد جنسي نه !"، " فيلترينگ سايتها را خاتمه دهيد، ما قيم نمي خواهيم "، " به وضعيت کميته انضباطي رسيدگي کنيد و گرنه ..." ، "به فضاي پليسي در دانشگاه خاتمه دهيد" ، "کميته انضباطي دادگاه فرمايشي است " ،" NO" جلسه سخنراني را به صحنه بازخواست از وزير علوم تبديل كردند.

- بيش از 300 نفر از دانشجويان دانشگاه تربيت دبير دانشگاه رجايي تهران، در اعتراض به بي پاسخ ماندن مطالبات صنفي،از روز دوشنبه21فروردين ماه در اين دانشگاه دست به تحصن زده‌اند.متحصنين اعلام كرده‌اند تا زماني كه وزير آموزش و پرورش در دانشگاه رجايي براي شنيدن مطالباتشان حضور نيابد به تحصن خود ادامه خواهند داد.

- تعدادي از اعضاي سابق انجمن اسلامي دانشجويان دانشكده‌هاي هنرهاي زيبا، در اعتراض به انتخابات انجمن اسلامي اين دانشكده كه چندي پيش برگزار شد، مقابل اين دانشكده تجمع كردند.

- دانشجويان دانشكده علوم اجتماعي و علوم ارتباطات دانشگاه علامه طباطبايي ، پس از سخنراني رئيس دانشگاه علامه طباطبايي دست به تحصن اعتراضي زده و با كشاندن سوالات به دلايل اخراج آقاي نمك دوست از استادان اين دانشگاه تجمع كردند.

-دانشجويان دانشگاه باهنر كرمان، به علت برگزار شدن امتحانات ترم دانشجويان دو هفته جلوتر از زمان مقرر دست به تحص زدند. دانشجويان متحصن، علت پيش افتادن زمان امتحانات را برگزاري المپياد سراسري ورزش دانشجويان در اين دانشگاه عنوان كردند.

-شماري از دانشجويان دانشگاه خليج ‌فارس بوشهر، ضمن برگزاري تجمع اعتراضي خواستار رسيدگي به مطالبات صنفي خود در زمينه امكانات رفاهي، شدند.تامين بهداشت سلف سرويس و غذاي مناسب، فراهم نمودن امکانات بهداشتي اورژانسي، امکانات کامپيوتري و رسيدگي به وضعيت نامناسب خوابگاهها از جمله  خواستهاي دانشجويان معترض اعلام شد.

-انجمن اسلامي دانشجويان دانشكده ادبيات دانشگاه علامه طباطبايي، با انتشار بيانيه ايي دستگيري 5تن از فعالان سياسي آذربايجاني در شهرستان اهر را محكوم كردند.اسامي دستگير شدگان عبارتند از آقايان:عسگر نوري ( مدير مسئول نشريه بيرليک دانشگاه علامه ) ، اصلان کامراني ، جابر موسوي که براي پيگيري وضعيت آقايان محرم کامراني و ابراهيم رشيدي به آگاهي شهرستان اهر مراجعه کرده بودند بازداشت گرديدند.

-حدود 200 نفز از کارگران شرکت واحد اتوبوس راني تهران و حومه که پس از آزادي از زندان تاکنون به کارهايشان بازگردانده نشده اند، در مقابل اداره کار شرق تهران تجمع کرده و خواستار بازگشت به کار و پرداخت حقوق معوقه خود شدند.کارگران شرکت واحد همچنين آزادي منصور اسانلو، رئيس هيئت مديره سنديکا را خواستار شدند و اعلام کردند در صورتي که به مشکلات و خواستهايشان رسيدگي نشود در مقابل وزارت کار تجمع اعتراضي ديگري را برگزار خواهند نمود.

-شماري از فرهنگيان شهرستان ميناب در استان هرمزگان در مقابل اداره آموزش پرورش اين شهرستان تجمع اعتراضي برگزار کردند.فرهنگيان شرکت کننده در اين حرکت اعتراضي خواستار پرداخت مطالبات معوقه از جمله اضافه كار 5 ماهه سال گذشته خود شدند.فرهنگيان معترض اعلام کردند که در صورت رسيدگي نشدن به خواسته هايشان تاپايان فروردين ماه، در كلاسهاي درس حاضر نخواهند شد.

-جمعي از معلمان شهريار به عدم پرداخت مطالباتشان  به تعويق افتادن 6 ماه حقوق اضافه كاري معلمين شهريار درمقابل آموزش وپرورش ,اين شهرستان دست به تجمع اعتراضي زده  و تقاضاي مطالبه خود از اين اداره شدند.

-خانواده هاي هفت قرباني ورزشگاه آزادي (بازي فوتبال ايران-ژاپن) كه بستگان آنها بدست نيروي انتظامي كشته شدند نسبت به حكم دادگاه و خلف وعده فدراسيون فوتبال اعتراض كردند.

4.سركوب اجتماعي:

-آقاي“ سيداحمد شريعت ”شيخ سلسله گنابادي به دادسراي قم احضار وبه زندان وزارت اطلاعات در صفاييه قم فرستاده شد.اتهام آقاي شريعت عبارتست از تصرف عدواني در اموال موقوفه، معاونت در اخلال و بر هم زدن نظم عمومي و ترغيب مردم به تمرد در برابر ماموران دولتي عنوان شده است.

-آقاي “حميد قزويني” سخنگوي خانه احزاب ايران اعلام كرد ۲۰نفر از دبيران كل احزاب به كميته‌اي در وزارت كشور احضار شده اند.

 -آقاي “محمدرضا خاتمي”، دبير كل جبهه مشاركت به علت سخنراني در زمان تحصن نمايندگان مجلس ششم در اعتراض به روند انتخابات هفتمين دوره مجلس به دادگاه احضار شد.

-آقاي“ حسين شهريارى ”عضو شوراى عالى رهبرى حزب پان ايرانيست به 18 ماه حبس تعزيرى محكوم شد. گفتنى است  آقاي شهريارى در بهمن ماه گذشته از سوى مأمورين وزارت اطلاعات در منزلش در كرج بازداشت شد .

-آقاي“فرشيد يداللهي“،وكيل دادگستري و عضو كميسيون حقوق بشر كانون وكلاي دادگستري استان فارس،كه در ماجراي حسينيه شريعت قم در بازداشت بسر ميبرد،در دادگاه عمومي جزايي استان قم محاكمه شد.اتهامات آقاي يداللهي،اخلال در نظم عمومي و تمرض از دستور پليس ميباشد.

-بنابر حكم دادگاه استان تهران آقاي “عبدالفتاح سلطاني“عضو رد صلاحيت شده كانون وكلاي دادگستري محاكمه خواهد شد.اتهامات آقاي سلطاني،اقدام عليه امنيت ملي، تبليغ عليه نظام، توهين به دادستان تهران و جاسوسي عنوان شده است.

-آقاي«جواد خرمى مقدم» مديرمسئول روزنامه جمهوريت به دادگاه احضار شد. موضوع اتهام وى انتشار عكسى از «زهرا كاظمى» عكاس ايرانى ،كانادايي تبار است كه همزمان با دادگاه رسيدگى به علت مرگ كاظمى به چاپ رسيده بود.

-آقاي “وحيد پوراستاد“،عضو شوراي سردبيري روزنامه اعتماد ملي ,شب هنگام پس  از خروج از دفتر روزنامه  مورد حمله و ضرب و شتم افراد ناشناس قرار گرفته و تهديد به مرگ شد.

-آقاي“ نيك‌‏آهنگ كوثر”, كاريكاتوريست روزنامه توقيف‌‏شده از سوي دادگاه عمومي تهران به چهار ماه حبس كه به مدت دو سال به حالت تعليق درخواهد آمد، محكوم شد. اتهامات آقاي“ كوثر” افترا و توهين به روحانيت!!!عنوان شده است.

- دو تن ديگر از بازداشت شدگان تابستان  سال گذشته به دادگاه انقلاب شهر سقز احضار شدند.اين دو تن بنامهاي آقايان“نادر رضايي و ابراهيم صالحي“ ميباشند و اتهام آنان اقدام عليه امنيت داخلي عنوان شده است.

-خانم ”مسيح علي نژاد“دبير سرويس پارلماني سايت دولتي ايلنا در اعتراض به اخراج بيش از سي تن از خبرنگاران اين خبرگزاري از سمت خود استعفا داد.بهانه اخراج دستجمعي خبرنگاران ايلنا مشكلات مالي عنوان شده است در صورتي كه باتوجه به اخراج خبرنگاران گروه سياسي اين موضوع حاكي از انگيزه هاي مشخص سياسي ميباشد.

-آقاي احمد سراجي (آريو سراجي) زنداني سياسي و وبلاگ نويس ايراني که  نزديک به 4 ما پيش توانست از   زندان جمهوري اسلامي بگريزد و خود را به ترکيه  رساند اکنون با خطر ديپورت به ايران روبرو است. دولت ترکيه تصميم دارد احمد سراجي را به اتهام ورود غير قانوني  به ترکيه  محاکمه نموده و سپس به ايران عودت كند.

-آقاي “افشين زارعي“،وبلاگ نويسي كه بيش از 13ماه در بازداشت بسر برد قرار است در ارديبهشت ماه در دادگاه كيفري استان تهران محاكمه شود.اتهام آقاي زارعي نوشتن مطالب خلاف امنيت ملي عنوان شده است.

-بنابر اخبار منتشره دو زنداني بنامهاي آقايان “لقمان بيستوني و مطلب احمدپور“ كه بمدت 10سال است در زندان بندرعباس بسر ميبرند در حال حاضر به 20سال زندان محكوم شده اند.اتهام آقايان بيستوني و احمدپور عضويت در حزب دمكرات كردستان عنوان شده است.

-آقاي “سامان رسول پور ”عضو سازمان دفاع از حقوق بشر کردستان،در اعتراض به راي صادره از سوي مسئولان زندان مهاباد،عليه خويش  دست به اعتصاب غذا زده است. لازم بذكر است آقاي رسول پور در10 اسفند ماه دستگير شده و بيش از 45 روز است در بازداشت بسر ميبرد. وي اخيرا  از سوي دادگاه انقلاب شهر مهاباد به 3 سال زندان و تبعيد به شهر اردبيل محکوم شده است.

-يک شهروند کرد به نام آقاي “عادل ظريفي” به اتهام شرکت در اعتراضات تابستان سال گذشته شهر سقز به 2 سال حبس تعزيري محکوم شد. آقاي ظريفي به همراه 150 نفر ديگر از اهالي شهر سقز در تابستان گذشته بيش از يک ماه در بازداشت بود.

-به گزارش سازمان دفاع از حقوق بشر کردستان، يک شهروند اشنويه اي به نام آقاي “سليمان ميناپاک“ به اتهام ارتباط با احزاب کرد به 2 سال حبس محکوم شد.

- تعدادي از دستگيرشدگان شهر بوکان به اداره اطلاعات اروميه منتقل شده اند.گفته مي شود اين افراد که تحت بازجويي دستگاههاي امنيتي قرار دارند در ارتباط با احزاب کردي بازداشت شده اند. نام شماري ازآنان عبارتند از آقايان: ابوبکر باپيري، آرام قريشي، آکام قريشي، خدري سعيد پور، آزاد رسولي خضر سعيد نژاد، محمدصالح کوخاشيره، خالد شيرزاد، ابوبکر تيکان تپه، آوات قريشي، محمد امين سليميان، سعداله سلطانيان، خضر مولودي و دارا قريشي.

-بنابر راي صادره از سوي كميسيون ماده 10قانون احزاب و جمعيت ها ،پروانه” انجمن خوشنويسان نوين” توقيف شد.علت اين توقيف احراز تخلفات انجمن ياد شده عنوان شده است.

-مزار “احمد شاملو“شاعر آزاده ميهنمان در امامزاده طاهر كرج،مورد تعرض افراد ناشناس قرار گرفته و تخريب شد.اين درحالي است که پيش تر و در تعطيلات نوروز نيز مزار فريدون فروغي خواننده پرطرفدار ايراني تخريب شده بود.

- وزارت اطلاعات جمهوري اسلامي ايران پدر حسن زارع زاده اردشير را به دفتر واحد پيگيري وزارت اطلاعات احضار و وي را مورد بازجويي قرار داد. علت احضار آقاي “حسين زارع زاده اردشير“در ارتباط با فعاليت هاي فرزند خودعنوان شده است.

-خانم “معصومه كعبي“همسر آقاي “حبيب لقمان“ از فعالان جريانات اخير خوزستان،بعنوان گروگان بهمراه فرزند 4ساله خويش دستگير و به زندان سپيدار اهواز منتقل شده است.شرايط آزادي خانم كعبي معرفي همسر فراريش به نيروهاي امنيتي ميباشد.

-بنابر اطلاعيه منتشره از سوي فعالان حقوق بشر در ايران،آقاي “كيوان رفيعي“ از فعالان سياسي كه در خرداد ماه سال گذشته دستگير و پس از 6ماه انفرادي باقيد ضمانت آزاد گشته بود،مجددا به دادگاه انقلاب تهران احضار و پس از محاكمه به دوسال حبس تعزيري و 800هزار تومان جريمه محكوم گرديد.

-به گزارش سازمان دفاع از حقوق بشر کردستان يک شهروند مهابادي به نام آقاي“ فاتح حيراني” به اتهام فعاليت سياسي به 6 سال حبس و تبعيد به شهر مراغه محکوم شد.اتهام آقاي حيراني ارتباط با احزاب سياسي کرد (حزب دموکرات کردستان ايران) عنوان شده است.لازم بذكر است وي  معلول بوده و داراي سه فرزند مي باشد.

-حکم جلب و توقيف اموال آقاي “محمدرضا طالقاني“، رئيس فدراسيون کشتي از سوي دادگاه تهران صادر شد.اتهام آقاي طالقاني هزينه كردن بيش از 500ميليون تومان بر طبق قول وزير سابق فن آوري و ارتباطات دولت خاتمي عنوان شده است.

-بنابر گزارش سايت دولتي مهر،در ادامه تشديد سركوب به بهانه بدحجابي و پوشش بانوان،فرمانده نيروي انتظامي تهران بزرگ اعلام كرده است“ از اول ارديبهشت ما با زنان بدحجاب در شهر تهران برخورد خواهد شد“.

-به گزارش رسيده فردي كه براي دفن پدرش به قبرستان بي‌بي سكينه در كرج رفته بود در حين برگزاري مراسم دفن متوجه مي‌شود كه سه جسد بدون هويت توسط ماشين نيروي انتظامي به قبرستان آورده شده و در نزديكي قبر پدر وي دفن شدند.مأموران انتظامي  با توجه به اين‌كه كفن اين سه جسد خوني بوده مانع ديدن اين فرد از اجساد شده اند.

-بنابر راي صادره از سوي دادگاه کرج ، روحاني- اطلاعاتي که جوان 20 ساله کرجي را در مترو و جلو چشم مردم با هفت تير به قتل رسانده بود به سه سال زندان و پرداخت خونبها محکوم شد .اين مأمور وزارت اطلاعات در تعطيلات نوروزي نيز به مرخصي از سوي دادگاه كرج فرستاده شد.

-بنابر اخبار منتشره از زندان اوين روز 19 فروردين ماه، جوان بيست و سه چهار ساله اي بنام ”نادر نوري” خود را حلق آويز كرده و جان ميسپارد.علت اين خودكشي فشار روحي رواني بوده كه اين زنداني نگونبخت پس از متاركه همسر و عدم توانايي پرداخت مهريه منجر به زنداني شدن او شده بود.

-بنابر خبر منتشره در سايتهاي دولتي جمهوري اسلامي يك خانم جوان به اتهام كتك زدن مامور اداره مبارزه با مواد مخدر نيروي انتظامي كه بدون مجوز براي تجسس وارد خانه او شده بودند به 2سال حبس و پرداخت 200 هزار تومان جريمه نقدي محكوم شدـ

-پرونده خانم ”کبرا رحمانپور ”بارديگر در فهرست مرگ قرار گرفت.لازم بذكر است در حال حاضر اسامي سه زن(كبرا رحمانپور،فاطمه حقيقت پژوه و نازنين افشين جم) در زندانهاي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در ليست اعدام و سنگسار ميباشند.

- به گزارش سازمان عفو بين الملل جمهوري اسلامي دو زن را بازداشت کرده تا همسران آنها را ناگزير به تسليم خود کنند.خانم ”سکينه نفيسي” يكي از دستگيرشدگان كه باردار نيز ميباشد براثر ضرب و شتم و تهديد سقط جنين در بيمارستان زير نظر مأموران وزارت اطلاعات بستري ميباشد و همچنين خانم  ”هدي هواشمي” 24ساله در اهواز بهمراه دو پسر جوانش بازداشت شد. از سرنوشت آنها اطلاعي در دست نيست.

-به گزارش مطبوعات دولتي, حكم‌ قصاص‌ جوان 19 ساله‌يي‌ كه‌ متهم است با همدستي‌ برادرش‌، همسر 15 ساله‌ خود را خفه‌ كرده‌ است، از سوي‌ ديوان‌عالي‌ رژيم تاييد شد.وي كه “مرتضي“نام دارد در زمان وقوع قتل 18ساله بوده محاكمه و به اعدام محكوم شده است.

Citation, Suppression and Protests of Political Activists; April 13-20, 2006

Dear Compatriots;

We finish out the report for the month of Farvardin (March 21^st- April 20^th) in a condition that the Islamic Republic regime has announced April 15^th as ‘the celebration day for the ‘Yellow Cake’ and boosts that it has joined to the countries possessing nuclear energy calling it ‘national pride’. All this babbling is because the regime wants to escape its social and economic dead-end and the fact that it cannot answer the most basic demands of people.

Ahmadi Nezhad, the president of the deceitful Supreme Leader, must be told: Instead of traveling to this province and that province to lobby for your so-called just-government you better visit Khoram Abad’s villages or the people who leave in the outskirts of Tehran. Maybe in that case you will wake up from the dream that you have for expanding the ‘world of Islam’ and that, with bullying and with treat of atomic bomb; know that people of Iran will never bargain peace and democracy for war and warmongering. Having the experience of an 8-year war which left us with one million deaths is enough for the Iranian Nation.

Dear students and intellectuals;

We would like to bring to your attention a report about citations and suppression of students and political activists, as well as the protests between April 5^th and 20^th.

1. Political Prisoners:
   • Reports disseminated by the human rights activists in Iran shows that the political prisoner, Mr. Vali-Allah Faiz Mahdavi is in an inhumane, anti-hygienic situation in Gohardasht prison. The officials running the prison don’t pay any attention to the issue thus he has developed sever skin disease; one of his kidneys is not functioning too.

Mr. Mahdavi, a supporter of PMOI is imprisoned since 2001 and is condemned to execution by the government. He has officially received the sentence.

·         Four human rights organizations (Arabic Human Rights Committee, The International Committee for Death Penalty Abolition, The Global Justice Organization and The Association for Struggling against Cruelty in Exile) in a common statement demanded a stop in the execution of the political prisoners in Iran and for the life of Mr. Mahdavi to be rescued.

·         In a statement the Don’t Touch the Cain Organization protested against the execution sentence for Mr. Vali-Allah Faiz Mahdavi and asked the Italian government as well as the European Union to interfere in the issue. It also asked them to interfere in the situation of human rights in Iran.

·         The Web Log Writers Club of Iran (Pen Log) condemned the vicious death penalty issued for Mr. Mahdavi and asked for international pressure on Iranian government to nullify death penalty in that country and to free all political prisoners.

·         Norwegian Progressive Party of Youths Organization in a letter to the country’s Foreign Ministry has asked for that country’s interference to save the life of the political prisoner, Mr. Vali-Allah Faiz Mahdavi.

·         Some of the political prisoners in Evin and Gohardasht prisons have expressed their concern in a statement about Mr. Mahdavi’s situation and the fact that his death sentence is announced by the Islamic Republic’s Judiciary.

·         As the latest news say Mr. Mansour O’sanloo, a member of Tehran’s Vahid Bus Syndicate’s Board of Directors has been transferred to an unknown location in Evin prison after four months of solitary confinement. Mr. O’sanloo’s family describes his psychological condition as very good.

·         The political prisoner, Mr. Mehrdad Lahrasbi, one of the students arrested in Tehran University’s June of 1999 event, is suffering from hard and chronic diseases after spending six years in different prisons. Mr. Lahrasbi has been condemned to 15 years imprisonment. For his family to take care of his health the judiciary officials have asked for 200 million Tomans bail. His family cannot afford that.

·         Human Rights activists report that Mr. Abdul Reza Rajabi, a political prisoner in section 350 of Evin who has been transferred from Kermanshah’s Diesel Abad prison to Evin a few months ago is still deprived from any visitation.

·         Mr. Hamid Reza Mohammadi’s file- a political prisoner of section 350, Evin prison- is still in suspense after two years imprisonment. As a condition for his freedom the Judiciary wants his cooperation with Islamic Republic’s officials and a 150 million Tomans bail.

·         Mss. Elham Afrootan’s and Mr. Mohsen Dorostkar’s files have been referred to Tehran’s Revolutionary Court. They are charged in accordance with Hormozgan’s Weekly’s file. They are going to be tried on May 9^th, on charges of offending Khomeini and acting against national security.

·         The Committee for Defending Political Prisoner’s Rights announced the names of 11 political prisoners in the prisons of Tabriz, Ahar and Ardebil as follows:

3.       Ali Huruy, Tabriz

4.       Mohammad Hosseini (Ukhtai Hoosainli), Tabriz

5.       Mohammad Farshchi, Tabriz

6.       Hassan Ehssani, Tabriz

7.       Moharam Khoshnum, Tabriz

8.       Yashar Maqham Islami, Tabriz

9.       Dr. Moharram Kamrani, Ahar

10.   Ebrahim Rashidi, Ahar

11.   Behrooz Alizadeh, Ardebil

They are arrested in accordance with the March gatherings in Tabriz, Qom, Meshkin Shar and Ahar.

·         Some news from Evin prison say that the clerics security system, specially the Intelligence Ministry, has rearrested some political prisoners in recent weeks. The cause is unknown and there is no accurate news about their whereabouts.

Most of those rearrested are considered leftists or are affiliated to POMI. They are kept in section 209 of Evin prison belonging to the Intelligence Ministry. 

2- Suppression and Citation of Students

·         The court session for scrutinizing the accusations of Mr. Fazad Hamidi, a student member of the Democratic Front was rescheduled. Mr. Hamidi is accused of acting against national security and participating in illegal gathering of the families of the political prisoners in front of UN’s Tehran office.

·         Mr. Payman Aref, a student from Tehran University was condemned to 18 months imprisonment along with corporal punishment by Tehran’s Revolutionary Court. He is accused of acting against national security by participating in so-called illegal gatherings in support of Hashem Aqha Jari, participating in Tehran University student uprising in 1999, giving exhorting speeches, causing public disorder and disobeying the police force.

·         A report issued by public relations of Azerbaijan Academic Society, Mr. Mostafa Awazpoor, an activist of National Movement of Azerbaijan was arrested by security forces along with his two brothers. The agents have raided their home at night while they were asleep and horrified the residents.  

·         A decree sentenced Mr. Mehdi Amini Zadeh, a member of the Central Council of Academics Organization of Islamic Iran, and Mohammad Rezaii to two years imprisonment with corporal punishment. They were charged with forming an illegal society and acting against the national security.

In a similar charge Mr. Ali Asqhar Sadeqhi and Michael Azimi were condemned to 15 months imprisonment with corporal punishment.

·         More than 23 students of Shariff Industrial University were cited to the Disciplinary Committee relevant to the events of March 13^th of the university. Some members of the Public Council, Central Council and ordinary students are among those cited. They are charged with protesting against burying the Iran-Iraq war’s death soldiers in the university’s campus.

·         In a statement, the Islamic Association of Sistan & Baloochestan University warned against insecurities in the recent months in that province. The government wants to abuse events such as what happened in Zabol-Zahedan road to pursue its political and material interests and show them as religious and ethnical disputes.

·         Pursuant to a ‘poem night’ in Turkish language arranged by Sahand Literary Association at Maragheh’s Free University, the association’s activities were ceased due to pressures from security bodies from outside the university.

·         Three students of Science & Industry University were cited by Disiplinary Committee of the university. Mr. Mehdi Poor Rahim the editor of ‘Sabz Andishan’ publication and Mr. Kamal Razavi (the former director manager of the same publication) were cited to the committee. A file was opened there for Mr. Mahab Mahbobi, the proprietor of student publication ‘Two dots’ on charge of offending the officials and the sanctities.

·         According to a revising sentence issued by Yazd province’s court, some student activists of Yazd University will be put on trial. They are accused of banning the election, participating in student sit-ins and offending the universities officials.

·         The reports say that since four months ago, the Intelligence Ministry of Islamic Republic is gathering a list of political and student organizations as well as the name of the student and news web sites active in Iran. The list which is ordered by the public prosecutor is referred to as the ‘Black List’. According to those reports the organizations and web sites in this list are accused of receiving money from US and Germany.

3- The Protests:

·         Students of Mashad’s Ferdosi University turned Ahmadi Nezhad government’s Minister of Science’s speech session to a free podium. They held up placards reading: No to gender apartheid, Stop filtering sites, we don’t need a big brother, end up the absolute police atmosphere in the universities, Disciplinary Committee is like a dictated court, NO. The students turned the speech to an enquiry session.

The students protested against the Disciplinary Committee, the election course for Islamic Association of the university, lack of appropriate educational atmosphere and scientific board for the Department of Architecture, security and judiciary pressures against student activists, turning the university atmosphere to a police dictated one, gender apartheid carried out by the officials towards the students and student facility problems such as: Food and lack of sport areas.

·         More than 300 students from Teacher’s Training College of Tehran’s Rajaii University held a sit-in since April 10^th in protest against not receiving any answer for their demands about student facilities. They announced that they will continue their protest until the Minister of Education goes there in person.

·         Some former members of Islamic Association from Art College participated in a protest gathering in front of the college against the election course for the association.

·         The students of Social Science and Communication Science colleges of Allameh Tabatabaii University started a protest after the head of the university held a speech. They asked him about the reasons for dismissing Professor Mr. Namak Doost.  

·         The students of Kerman’s Bahonar University started a sit-in. The officials plan to hold the final exams two weeks prior to the actual time because of Student Olympiad.

·         The students of Boshehr’s Fars Gulf University gathered in protest. They demand student facilities such as appropriate food and hygiene in their Hub, Emergency hygiene equipments, computer facilities and better conditions for their dormitories.

·         College of Literature’s Islamic Association affiliated to Alameh Tabatabaii University condemned the detention of five political activists in Azerbaijan’s Ahar Township. The detainees are: Mr. Asckar Noori (director manager of the university’s publication Birlik), Mr. Aslaan Kamrani, Mr. Jaber Moosavi, Moharam Kamrani and Ibrahim Rashidi. The first three were detained when they referred to the township’s intelligence office to find about the whereabouts of the last two.

·         About 200 employees of Tehran’s Vahid Bus Enterprise gathered in protest in front of the Work Bureau of eastern Tehran. These employees were not allowed to return back to their jobs after they were freed from prison. They also demanded their wages to be paid.

The protesters also demanded the release of Mr. Mansour O’sanloo, the head of the managing board of the Bus Syndicate.

They announced that if they receive no answer to their demands, they will hold another protest gathering in front of the Ministry of Work.

·         A group of Minab Township’s academic personnel from Hormozgan Province held a protest gathering in front of the Education Bureau of the township. The participants asked for their postponed bonuses. The bonuses were not paid for five months in last year.

They emphasized that if their demands are not considered they will not attend classes until the end of the month.

·         A group of Shahriar’s teachers gathered in protest in front of the Educational Bureau of the township demanding their postponed bonuses for six months.

·         The families of seven victims of Azadi Studium (Iran-Japan soccer game) who were killed by the security forces protested against the courts decree and against the behavior of the Soccer Federation.

4- Social Suppression:

·         Mr. Sheikh Ahmad Sharie’at, the chief of Gonabadi Dynasty was summoned to the Qom’s prosecuting office and was send to the Intelligence Ministry’s prison in Qom, Safaieh. He is charged with unjust possessing of charity wealth, aiding in provoking public disorder and encouraging people to disobey the governmental agents.

·         Mr. Hamid Qhazvini, the spokesman for Iran’s House of Parties announced that 20 secretary generals of different parties were cited to a committee belonging to the Interior Ministry.

·         Mr. Mohammad Reza Khatami, the secretary general of the Participating Front was summoned to court on because of the speech he made in a sit-in held by the representatives of the sixth parliament in protest to the course of election of the seventh parliament.

·         Mr. Hossein Shahriari a member of Pan-Iranist Party’s High Council of Leadership was condemned to 18 months imprisonment with physical punishment. He was arrested last February in his house by the Intelligence Ministry’s agents.

·         Mr. Farshid Yadollahi, an attorney and a member of Human Rights Commission of Attorney’s Club, was tried in public penal court. He was arrested in the event of Qom’s Sharie’at Hosseinieh. He is accused of arousing public disorder and defying police orders.

·         By a decree issued by Tehran Province’s court Mr. Abdul Fattah Soltani, a disqualified member of Attorny’s Club will be tried. He is charged with acting against national security, propagating against the regime, offending Tehran’s Prosecutor and spying.

·         Mr. Javad Khorami Moqhaddam, the director manager of ‘Jomhoriat’ newspaper was summoned to court. He is charged with disseminating a photo of Zahra Kazemi the Iranian-Canadian photographer at the time that a court was in process for investigating Mrs. Kazemi’s death.

·         Mr. Vahid Poor Ostad, a member of ‘Etemad-e-Melli’ newspaper’s Council of Editors, was severely beaten by unknown people while exiting the newspaper’s office. He was threatened to death.

·         Mr. Nick Ahang Kossar, the caricaturist of a banned newspaper was condemned by Tehran’s public court to four months imprisonment with two years suspension. He is accused of offending the clericalism.

·         Two other detainees of last summer were summoned to the Revolutionary Court of Saqhez City. The charge against Mr. Nader Rezaii and Ibrahim Salehi was acting against the national security.

·         Mss. Masieh Ali Nezhad the secretary of ‘parliament services’ in governmental site of Ilna, resigned in protest against the dismissal of more than 30 reporters of the news agency. The reason for the dismissal is said to be financial problems but the dismissed reporters are from the political department of the news agency which shows the political intentions behind the act.

·         Mr. Ahamd Seraji (Arieve Seraji), political prisoner and a web log writer who succeeded in escaping from the prison of Islamic Republic and is in Turkey now, faces deportation. The Turkish government intends to try Mr. Seraji on charge of illegal entrance to the country and then he will be deported to Iran. 

·         Mr. Afshin Zeraii, a web log writer, who is in prison for more than 13 months now is to be tried in Tehran’s panel court at the end of this Persian month. He is accused of writing articles against the national security.

·         News say that two prisoners; Mr. Loqhman Bistooni and MR. Motalleb Ahmad Poor who have already spent 10 years in prison are condemned to another 20 years imprisonment. They are members of Kurdistan Democratic Party and are charged as so.

·         Mr. Saman Rasool Poor, a member of Kurdistan Defense Organization for Human Rights is on hunger strike to protest against his sentence issued by the officials of Mahabad Prison. Mr. Rasool Poor was arrested on March 1^st and he was in detention for more than 45 days. Recently the Revolutionary Court of Mahabad City has condemned him to three years imprisonment and exile to Ardebil.

·         A Kurd by the name of Adel Zariphee is sentenced to two years imprisonment with physical punishment because of participating in last-summer protests in Saqhez. Mr. Zariphee along with 150 more of Saqhez residents have been under more than one month custody last summer.

·         Kurdistan Defense Organization of Human Rights reports that a resident of Oshnavieh, Mr. Suleiman Mina Puck is condemned to two years imprisonment for having relation with Kurdish Parties.

·         Some detainees of Bukan City are transferred to O’rumieh’s Intelligence Bureau. It is said that these people who are under interrogation are detained in relevance to Kurdish parties. The names of some of the detainees are: Abubakr Bapiri, Aram Qhoraishi, Akam Qhoraishi, Khadri Saeed Poor, Azad Rasooli, Khazr Saeed Nezhad, Mohammad Saleh Kookhashireh, Khalid Shirzad, Abubakr Tikan Tapeh, Avat Qhuraishi, Mohammad Amin Suleiman, Sadollah Sultanian, Khezr Moloodi and Dara Qhuraishi.

·         By a decree issued based on article 10 of Commission of the Parties and Societies Law, Novin Khoshnevisan Association’s license was banned. The reason is named as the association’s delinquencies.

·         Grave of Ahmad Shamloo, the freedom-lover poet of our homeland in Karaj’s Imamzadeh Taher was destroyed by some hooligans. A while ago, in Norooz Holidays, the same thing happened to Faraydoon Forooqi’s grave. Forooqi was a popular singer in Iran.

·         According to the press-jury, manager directors of ‘Sedaye Edalat’ and ‘Jahan-e-Eqhtesad’ were counted as guilty. They are charged with publishing untrue articles.

·         The Intelligence ministry of Islamic Republic summoned Hassan Zare Zadeh Ardeshir’s father to the ministry’s Inquiry Unit. He was interrogated in accordance to his son’s activities. 

·         Mrs. Masoumeh Caabi, the spouse of Mr. Habib Loqhman an activist in the recent events of Khozestan, was arrested along with her four years old child and transferred to Ahwaz Cepidar Prison as a hostage. She’ll be freed on condition that Mr. Loqhman would turn himself in.

·         According to the statement issued by human rights activists in Iran, Mr. Kayvan Rafi’ee a political activist who was arrested last June and freed on bail after 6 months of solitary confinement was summoned to Tehran’s Revolutionary Court again. He received a two-year sentence with physical punishment and was ordered to pay 800,000 Tomans.

·         Kurdistan Defense Organization of Human Rights reports that a resident of Mahabad, Mr. fateh Hayrani is condemned to six years imprisonment and is exiled to Maraqheh City on charge of having political activities.

He is accused of having links with Kurdish parties (Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran).

Mr. Hayrani is handicapped and has three children.

·         A Tehran’s court issued a warrant for confiscating Mr. Mohammad Reza Talequani’s wealth. Mr. Taleqhani is the head of Wrestling Federation. Mr. Taleqhuani is accused by the former Minister of Technique and Communication in Khatami’s government of spending more than 500 million Tomans.

·         The governmental site, Mehr, reports an intensified suppression in the society on the excuse of women’s outfit and unproper veil. The Commander of Disciplinary Force of Tehran announced that: We will deal with women who don’t have a proper veil from April 20^th.

·         Reports say that a man who was burying his father in Karaj’s Bibi Sakineh Cemetery noticed that a car belonging to SSF (Suppressive Security Forces-T) has brought three unknown corps there and the agents were burying the corps near his father’s grave. The bodies were covered with blood and the forces prevented him from seeing the corps.

·         A Karaj’s court condemned a cleric affiliated to the intelligence organs to three years imprisonment and paying the blood money of his victim. The cleric had killed a 20 years old youth with a gun in front of people’s eyes in Karaj metro. This agent also had leave for the New Year’s holiday.

·         News from Evin prison say that on April 8^th a young man of twenty four or twenty three years old called Nader Noori hanged himself in the prison. Nadar was under psychological pressure because after getting divorce, he wasn’t able to pay for dowry and was imprisoned.

·         The governmental sites say that a young woman was sentenced to two years imprisonment and a payment of 200,000 Tomans. She had beaten an anti-narcotic agent of SSF when he wanted to search her home without warrant.

·         Kobra Rahman Poor is facing death penalty again. There are three women in death row of Islamic Republic prisons facing either execution of stoning to death: Kobra Rahman Poor, Fatemeh Haqhiqhat Joo and Nazanin Afshin Jam.

·         Amnesty International reports that Islamic Republic has detained two women so that their husbands would turn themselves in. Mrs. Sakineh Nafisi who is peregnant and in the danger of aborting her baby because she has been badly beaten is now at hospital under close control of Intelligence Ministry’s agents. Mrs. Hoda Hawashemi is under detention along with her two young boys. There is no news of them.

·         According to governmental press the regime’s Supreme Court has endorsed the death penalty for a 19 years old youth. The boy called Morteza is accused of suffocating his 15 years old wife with the help of his brother when he was eighteen.

Free Referendum Committee of Iran condemns all arbitrary and suppressive acts carried out by the Islamic Republic’s fascist and black bands. These bands act under direct supervision of governmental organs and bodies and are linked to the highest officials of this regime.

The Committee calls on all international and human right organizations and all the awaken consciences to stand against the cruelty and injustice the Iranians are suffering.

We demand pressure on Islamic Republic for stopping intense and constant violation of human rights as well as vast arbitrary arrests.

We call for immediate action to stop the death sentence of Mr. Vali-Allah Faiz Mahdavi.

We call on Mr. Kufii Anan, the UN Secretary General to send a representative for scrutinizing the violation of most fundamental human rights of the defenseless political and ideological prisoners in the prisons of Islamic Republic.
